Before you top up

A few things worth checking before you send money to any account:

• Confirm you're on the correct, official site before entering any payment details.
• Double-check account or reference numbers before confirming a transfer — mistakes can be hard to reverse.
• Keep a copy of your payment receipt until the deposit is confirmed.
• Never share one-time passwords (OTPs) or banking credentials with anyone, including someone claiming to be support staff.
